Relax healthcare helps his NDIS (The National Disability Insurance Scheme) participants find a place to live. Our team can work with you step by step, from locating properly equipped apartments, assisting with the application process, and working between the participant and their landlord to meet the requirements of their tenancy agreement. We provide support to guide, prompt or undertake activities to ensure the participant obtains appropriate accommodation, including assisting to apply for a rental tenancy.
Short Term Accommodation (STA)
Trust your participant with the experts when you need respite. Emergencies or otherwise, we’ll be here to help.
Supported Independent Living (SIL)
We provide participants with the everyday support they need to safely and successfully achieve their goals.

About Us
Relax Healthcare helps his participants travel through general life changes such as leaving school and adjusting to a new lifestyle. We are always sensitive to cultural expectations and traditions as we help them adjust to their modern episode. We can provide support before, during, and after the life change to ensure the transition is as harmonious as possible.
Working at Relax Healthcare
Being a Disability Support Worker, you will be providing care and assistance to people with physical and mental health disability.
You will be supporting our participants to reach their individual goals, to become more independent and to get much more out of life.
Disability support worker job can be challenging but also exceptionally rewarding, seeing you are making a genuine difference to participant’s life as well as the lives of their families and the communities in which they live.

Working Hours
Monday – Friday : 08:00 – 17:00
Saturday : 09:00 – 14:00
Sunday : Close
